Classes, Workshops & Retreat: Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a class, workshop or retreat if circumstances deem it necessary. In this event either a suitable transfer to another class or workshop of the same rate, or a full refund will be offered. 

We are not responsible for any costs, such as transportation, accommodation or any additional loss.


All payments, once made, are non-refundable, even if you are unable to attend the class or workshop you paid for. We will however, do our best to transfer the amount paid towards another suitable class/workshop, or, in the case of a workshop and retreat, allow to find another student to fill your space. The only exception to this policy is if a course or workshop has been cancelled by us – please refer to the above. If you would like to give your space to another client, you must email us with their name to update the records and to ensure they have signed the waiver. 

Online Class Packs

  • 10 Class Packs are available.

  • Class Packs cannot be shared.

  • 10 Class Packs are valid for 3 months (as of purchase date).

  • Class Packs are not extendable.

  • Class Packs are not refundable.

  • Class passes are not valid for special events or workshops and are not transferable to another person. 

  • All classes must be pre-booked. 

Weekly & Monthly Rates

We offers generous weekly & monthly rates. The rate is offered with the understanding that a class within that week may occasionally need to be cancelled, and in this instance no refund or modification will be made to the weekly rate. weekly rates do not cover workshops or special events. The weekly membership will be renewed automatically until cancelled.
