Yoga at Home but it is Live and Real, not a recoded class! You will led to progressive sequence based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series, Vinyasa Sanskrit count, how to enter and exit the pose correctly. You will receive cues, verbal adjustments and personal modifications in live class with my supervision. Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic practice that originated in Mysore in India and is one of the most popular forms of yoga. It is the original yoga to focus on the breath and its link (Vinyasa) to each movement. The practice is a perfectly designed system that starts with sun salutations, then standing and seated postures followed by finishing sequence and rest. It works on all levels to leave you mentally energised, physically revitalised and feeling emotionally calm. Ashtanga yoga is great for progression, it cultivates the devotion, dedication, discipline, and determination through the practice.
