Xmas Yoga Social with Saori

The day will start with a master class "Earth Mandala Vinyasa and Rocket" 90 minutes. It will be bit more workshop like so we will stop and work on some techniques too. Earth element targets hamstrng and forward bend, handstand inversion for those who can take it up. And of course alterntive options for those who wanna stay grounded. And it will be followed by beautiful healthy brunch at An Other Cup Cafe. 

Great opportunity to be a part of my yoga community to catch up with friends and make new friends and also learn technique we use in our regular classes. So come and play! It is always a great excuse to get all together.

Maqam centre is founded by musician Cat Stevens and managed by Swiming nature for local community space. It is beautiful space to spend half day together.

Ticket is for the 2 hours master class and brunch is separate but very reasonable and very good! I will send you the menu to preorder prior to the event.
