How I Can Help
I offer integrative counselling, combining psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, tailored to your individual needs. Together, we create a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
I have experience supporting young people and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, domestic abuse, grief and bereavement (including suicide loss), relationship and family difficulties, gaming-related concerns, and major life transitions. I also work with clients navigating cultural identity, racism, LGBTQ+ experiences, neurodiversity and multicultural relationships and marriages.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the underlying patterns, past experiences, and relationships that may be affecting your wellbeing today. By developing greater self-awareness and understanding, you can build resilience, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Every person's story is unique, so each session is tailored to your goals and circumstances. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, isolated, or simply seeking a space to better understand yourself, I offer compassionate support in English or Japanese to help you move forward with confidence and hope.
