This evening is dedicated to self-awareness, emotional regulation, and compassionate self-care.
You’ll be guided to explore what lies beneath the surface — the sensations, emotions, and thoughts that often go unnoticed or unspoken — and to meet them with openness and kindness.
We’ll begin with grounding Yin postures to soften tension and open the body, creating space for presence and awareness. From there, we’ll transition into guided meditation and reflective self-inquiry – learning to sit with whatever arises, rather than turning away or numbing.
Through breath, stillness and compassionate awareness, we’ll explore:
