Saori's Master class is Rocket + Dharma + Tripsichore influenced very strong practice of Yoga Asana. Learn to move effortlessly with breath between Asana (pose). There will be lots of opportunity to learn inversions, arm-balance, backbend but these are options and it is for open level.

About the Event
Yoga is oneness and community matters. It is to create the opportunity to get together to do what we love = YOGA, the practice of Yoga. We share humbleness, joy, patience, tough moments, progressions, moment of flatness to go beyond. I love to help people to progress by pushing them to each individual’s edge for them to explore more opportunity, finding the strength they have and area for improvements. This physical practice is tool to meditate, observe and become stronger and flexible physically, mentally and emotionally.
