Yoga is an appreciation of our present state of being, a mindfulness to help counteract the stresses of daily life. My approach is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and the balance of Yin and Yan. I have travelled around the world undertaking numerous advanced teacher training courses, and share my knowledge with my students.
I was also drawn into Yoga anatomy when I was recovering from injuries and became a certified Ayurveda Yoga Massage therapist. It starts with a deep tissue massage to warm up using the organic natural oil and powder that increases the circulation of blood and soften the muscles and fascia, and then deepen the treatment with yoga stretches.
