I run an annual retreat in Japan, where I am from, inviting participants to stay in a peaceful, lesser-known part of the country and experience authentic Japanese culture, nature, and daily life. The retreat also includes daily meditation, yoga, pranayama, reflection, and personal growth practices.



Yoga instructor
Yoga is more than a physical practice—it is a pathway to greater awareness, balance, and wellbeing. Rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and inspired by the complementary energies of Yin and Yang, my teaching encourages students to cultivate strength, presence, and inner calm. Years of international study and advanced teacher training have enriched my practice, allowing me to share a thoughtful and authentic approach to yoga with students of all levels.
Therapist - Counsellor
My journey into counselling grew from many years of supporting wellbeing through yoga and therapeutic bodywork. Today, I offer counselling for mental health and emotional wellbeing, using an integrative approach that combines psychodynamic and person-centred therapy.
I am a registered member of the BACP and provide a safe, supportive space for reflection, healing, and personal growth.
