About the Event
About the workshop:
What is happening anatomically in each pose? What is stopping us? Where are we focusing in each pose? What is the right alignment of each pose?
We all have questions when we do physical practice, asana. In the Yoga class, we hear different cues but sometimes it is not clear to understand what is happening under the skin in each pose as we move in. Understanding functions and movements of each part of the body's skeletal and muscular system will help us understand the structure of the body in a pose.
This weekend workshop to go through each pose one by one from basic principal, intermediate to advanced poses to look at it anatomically. Find the right alignment for your body to do your practice safely.
