Video call Yoga class at home or outside. Get a mat, props (no blocks? then get some books. No straps, get some towels.) Blanket for savasana. You can set your room with nice inscent (make sure you do not have allergy) and we are good to go! Dynamic 60 mins class to come!

About the Event
Rock in Roll on your mat at your own premises. It is about a time for you to get your mat if you have not got one (it is a good investment! & remember you get 10% discount by using code SAORI10 when you buy a mat from Yinyogamat. Or just get any). And props, blocks and straps are handy to go deeper into Asana. Then find a space at home or garden of your choice (just make sure you are online). Then we are good to go! If you are using the wall make sure I can see you while you are hopping against the wall so please set camera well that I can check on you.
