Classes

I teach a wide range of classes for all levels. Offering Online live, in studio classes as well as small group class and one to one bookings.

Workshops

I run various workshops throughout the year focusing on a variety of techniques. It’s a chance to develop a new area of your practice.

Trainings

Currently I am running a 50 hrs online training to advance your practice and knowledge. Yoga history, theory, philosophy, Asana, meditation and pranayama.

Yoga instructor

Yoga is an appreciation of our present state of being, a mindfulness to help counteract the stresses of daily life. My approach is rooted in the balance of Yin and Yan. I have travelled the world undertaking numerous advanced teacher training courses, and share my knowledge with my students.

Massage therapist

I was also drawn into Yoga anatomy when I was recovering from a minor sport injury and became a certified Ayurveda Yoga Massage therapist. It starts with a deep tissue massage to warm up using the organic natural oil and powder that increases the circulation of blood and soften the muscles and fascia, and then deepen the treatment with yoga stretches.
